What’s been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

Starting my own company - by a landslide! Entrepreneurs have the most difficult job in the world.

Which tech trend are you most excited about at the moment and why?

The reinvention of traditional industries through customer-centric products. It started with retail through businesses such as Amazon. Today, insurance, healthcare and property tech companies are beginning to treat users as the customers they are and putting them in the centre. 

If you could give a piece of advice to your 20 year old self, what would it be?

When I was 20 years old I wanted to change the world. Today I would tell my younger self that in order to change the world I’d need to start with myself.

What is the company you wish you’d backed and why?

The list too long and unfortunately time travel is likely to be impossible. However, if I did find a time machine I would back whoever built it!
