What's been the steepest learning curve on your career journey so far?

Post-investment execution. Aligning stakeholders with conflicting interests around a shared vision and driving them forward—that's far harder than any investment decision.

Which global / Japan trend are you most excited about at the moment and why?

AI is rewriting the rules of software. It's a catalyst for industry-wide evolution, and I'm excited to see new forms of AI-native startups emerge.
